How fastcan I receive Steri Dry?	As soon as we received your payment or you pay with credit card, the goods will leave our shop via mail on the same day. Shipping time is between 2 and 4 days.

What about the warranty?	All our products have a 2 year warranty.

What kind of shoes is Steri Dry suitable for?	Basically for all shoes - it is ideal for ski shoes, snowboard boots, Wellington boots, hunting boots, football boots, running shoes, travelling shoes, work shoes, children's shoes, as well as all those shoes which get wet through sweat, or which smell unpleasant.

Can Steri Dry be used for gloves too?	Yes, of course – it is ideal for ski gloves, mittens, riding gloves, golf gloves, work gloves, etc.

What are the available payment methods?	Advance payment to one of our accounts in Austria, Germany or France. Advance payment via credit card through mPay24 (Visa and MasterCard). COD only feasible in Austria and Germany. An additional 6.75 EUR is invoiced for COD fees.

How secureis payment via credit card?	Very secure due to the 3D Secure process This process is known as “Verified by Visa” and for MasterCard, “SecureCode”. This is an additional security process of your bank that ensures that the purchaser is really the owner of the credit card. This takes place either by means of a defined password at your bank or by means of the request for a TAN. The 3D Secure process is executed by means of a pop-up window after you have entered your credit card data.

How should I store Steri Dry?	Keep Steri Dry away from heat sources, direct sunlight, moisture and sharp edges - if you want to clean the Steri Dry, or stow it away, always remove the plug from the mains.

Can the Steri Dry come into contact with water?	Never place the Steri Dry directly into a liquid, and never place the Steri Dry into shoes which have just been washed and are dripping wet: never allow the Steri Dry to come into contact with water.

How does the disinfectionfunction work with Steri Dry?	It has a built-in ultraviolet light which disinfects your shoes or gloves and clearly minimises the spread and transference of illness. In particular it kills bacteria and fungi and nearly all germs using ultraviolet light. We recommend daily use, in particular, with regard to shoes.

What is the maximum length of time it can be used for?	10 hours – if Steri Dry is plugged into the mains for longer than this, do not leave the unit unattended under any circumstances.


What is the minimum time for the sterislisation?	The minimum time for the sterilisation is 1 hour.
